My goal is to help clients gain a clear understanding of themselves and their relationships. I provide a comfortable and supportive environment where you will begin the journey to feeling better. I utilize various treatment techniques depending on the individual needs of the client. While examining past and present experiences, I will work with clients to understand how these experiences are influencing current behaviors.
I am a licensed clinical Psychologist with a doctoral degree from CSPP-Los Angeles. I have worked in the private practice setting in both Los Angeles and the East Bay, having been in Walnut Creek since 2004. I have extensive clinical experience providing individual counseling to adults in varying types of settings. Prior to starting my practice, I worked in the University of California Riverside counseling center, an HIV/AIDS clinic, hospice, and acute and long term psychiatric hospitals.
I work with adult clients (18 and beyond) on a variety of issues that include, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, life transitions, intimacy difficulty, divorce issues, sadness, worry, grief, parenting challenges and family and relationship issues.
